Configure the operating model before opening the doors.
A strong AXIOS deployment begins with the account and community lifecycle, tenant policy, departments, data, permissions, workflows, training and integrations—not hard-coded assumptions from another community.
Start with an AXIOS account. Create the community when it actually exists.
Prospective customers do not need a slug to create an account. Community identity is established during provisioning after the purchase path begins.
1. Create the AXIOS account
Register the buyer identity with no community slug requirement.
2. Choose the deployment path
Select the appropriate hosted, migration or multi-community path and begin provisioning.
3. Establish the community
Choose the community identity and slug, confirm enabled modules, owner controls and baseline operational policy.
4. Build organization structure
Create departments, ranks, stations/facilities, subdivisions, command positions, callsign guidance and personnel policy.
5. Load Data Management
Configure laws, codes, statuses, postals, geography, licensing catalogs and other reference data manually or through controlled CSV import.
6. Configure governance & forms
Create least-privilege administrative groups, delegation rules, individual overrides and versioned custom-form review workflows.
7. Connect Discord
Authorize the official AXIOS app, map exact roles and channels, choose synchronization policy and test notifications and reconciliation.
8. Register FiveM servers
Bind each server to the correct community, configure bridge credentials and framework/standalone adapters, then validate health and identity linkage.
9. Train in the training environment
Use the dedicated training workflow to teach dispatch and operational procedures without contaminating normal production activity.
10. Run acceptance testing
Test each enabled workspace with real role permissions, including workflow review, integrations, analytics/QA visibility and fallback behavior when optional modules are disabled.
Go live after the workflow works—not simply after the login screen loads.
Acceptance should validate dispatch responsibility, officer MDT flow, record review, Fire/EMS separation, civilian/DMV policy, administrative delegation, integrations and recovery/fallback behavior using the permissions real users will have.
